Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure seamless patient care and staff coordination, maintaining a positive environment.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and comply with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage the clinic's budget and financial performance, including cost control measures and revenue cycle management.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to foster a high level of professionalism and patient-centered care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CMM, CAHIMS) is highly desirable to validate expertise.
  • Proven track record in budget management and financial oversight, ideally within a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and evaluation of movement and function. • Formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans with clear, measurable goals. • Execute a wide range of physiotherapeutic interventions, including but not limited to: o Manual therapy techniques (joint mobilizations, manipulations, soft tissue release). o Therapeutic exercise programs (strength, flexibility, balance, and proprioception training). o Neurological rehabilitation. o Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. o Pain management techniques. o Patient education on posture, ergonomics, and self-management strategies. • Integrate natural rehabilitation approaches such as hydrotherapy, clinical Pilates, and other functional training as appropriate. • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
