Business Head - Ayurveda & Panchakarma Clinics (UAE & GCC)
About the Role
We are looking for a visionary leader with hands-on experience in setting up and scaling Ayurveda &
Panchakarma clinics across the UAE and GCC. The candidate should have a strong grasp of healthcare
regulations, insurance business, wellness operations, and profitable clinic models, with a proven ability to expand
footprints in competitive healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Setup & Expansion
Lead the end-to-end setup of Ayurveda and Panchakarma clinics across UAE & GCC.
Define clinic models (standalone, inside hospitals, wellness resorts, franchising, JV) for profitable scaling.
Build infrastructure, staffing, SOPs, and service protocols aligned with international healthcare standards.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure clinic compliance with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, and GCC regulatory bodies.
Manage Ayurveda practitioner licensing, Panchakarma therapy approvals, and clinic registrations.
Handle legal, health, and safety frameworks in line with UAE & GCC requirements.
Insurance & Partnerships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to include Ayurveda & Panchakarma
treatments under coverage.
Negotiate partnerships with corporates, hospitals, wellness chains, and government initiatives.
Build medical networks for referrals and tie-ups.
Business Growth & Profitability
Own the P&L; of the clinic division, ensuring revenue growth and operational profitability.
Design service packages (detox, rejuvenation, chronic pain, stress management, preventive healthcare) suited
to GCC clientele.
Drive patient acquisition through digital marketing, medical tourism, and wellness events.
Team & Operations
Recruit, train, and manage Ayurveda doctors, therapists, and operational staff.
Standardize Panchakarma service delivery to ensure high-quality patient experience.
Implement CRM, EMR, and patient journey systems for efficient operations.
Requirements
10- 15 years experience in healthcare / wellness management with focus on clinic setup and expansion in
UAE/GCC.
