Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key real estate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the real estate sector.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organize and conduct regular meetings to discuss client goals and real estate strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for client growth and development.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on client progress and relationship status.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations in all client dealings.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products and services offered to clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent communication and relationship building.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions.
  • Proven ability to build long-term and productive relationships with clients.
