*Position Overview:* We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. *Key Responsibilities:* Reach out to clients who have registered on our investment portal to welcome them and provide initial support. Build strong relationships, understanding clients' needs, and offering tailored solutions. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and satisfaction. Track and report on client interactions and feedback to inform future strategies.

*Qualifications:* Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to connect with clients and build rapport. Basic understanding of investment products is a plus. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. A positive attitude with a dedication to providing excellent service.
