Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Act as the primary liaison for assigned key clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

· Understand client transport requirements and coordinate with internal teams to meet service expectations.

· Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

· Monitor service quality and support operations with timely trip execution and issue resolution.

· Maintain accurate client records, feedback logs, and performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in key account management, transport coordination, or B2B customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of transport/logistics services is an advantage.
