About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Outreach Associate to support our lead generation and business development efforts across multiple regions. This role will play a key part in identifying prospects, executing outreach campaigns, and driving engagement with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and organize leads with a focus on DNFBP companies (real estate, gold, audit firms, etc.).

  • Manage and maintain lead data in Pipedrive CRM ensuring accuracy, tagging, and deduplication.

  • Conduct market research to expand and enrich lead databases.

  • Execute targeted email outreach campaigns and track engagement (opens, clicks, responses).

  • Make initial sales calls, qualify leads, and schedule product demos.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover and campaign execution.

  • Maintain clear records of lead progress and share daily activity updates.

  • Communicate professionally in English (written & spoken) with prospects and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 0 - 1 years of experience in sales, consulting, or business development.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as French, Arabic, Dutch, or German preferred).

  • Ability to research, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM/Automation Tools) is a plus.
