Job Description

Position Objectives / Mission:


The Client Manager manages and monitors the activity of a client portfolio, relying on the teams at the Tunis service center and the Delivery Lead. He is responsible for the quality of service provided to the client, the development of turnover and improving the profitability of the account (via add-ons, implementation of a new module, staffing optimization, etc.).


Job Description / Main Activities:


Manage communication with the client,
Develop a relationship of trust with the client
Manage the commercial and contractual relationship (signature of amendments, invoicing),
Achieve commercial objectives: add-ons, legal developments, license extensions.
Monitoring of the PnL profitability of clients
Preparation of workload plans, staffing forecasts and revenue forecasts
Ensure project reporting
Promote new product/service offerings
Qualify the client's needs and developments
Manage the prioritization of client requests
Manage and alert on project risks
Ensure compliance with deadlines and commitments made to the client
Plan and organize internal and external follow-up meetings.
Ensure coordination with the Delivery and Customer Support teams
Lead the various contractual committees (monthly and quarterly)
