Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities



Brand Representation: Understand and represent brand essence in every interaction, ensuring alignment with brand values and standards. 

Client Engagement: Provide personalized and memorable experiences to all clients, showcasing deep product knowledge and understanding of client needs. 

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with walk-in clients, aiming to convert them into loyal brand patrons. 

Product Guidance: Utilize product knowledge to cater to client desires and needs, guiding them towards suitable selections. 

Operational Support: Aid in various store operational tasks, including stock upkeep, cash handling, and other backend operations under the guidance of the Store Manager. 

Selling Approach: Ensure a holistic selling journey for clients, emphasizing brand values and ensuring satisfaction from browsing to purchase. 

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets KPIs set by the Store Manager. 



To be successful in this role, you need to have



Passionate about luxury fashion with an understanding of brand essence. 

Prior experience in luxury retail, especially in a client advisory or similar role. 

Strong communication skills to ensure optimal client interactions. 

Adaptability to cater to the diverse needs of luxury clientele. 

Multi-language proficiency is a plus.
