Cleaning Executive Supervisor

o Communicate all standards, policies, procedures developed by the management to the cleaning workers and site supervisors. Ensure they clearly understand their roles and responsibilities, work procedures, personal hygiene rules, health and safety policies, quality service standards, mandatory work ethics, etc.

o Oversee the daily operations on all allocated client sites and ensure adherence of the staff to the QHSE standards, policies and procedures.

o Provide support and gain the trust of the cleaning workers in order to increase employee retention and satisfaction. Lead and motivate the cleaning workers to operate as a team, take ownership of their work and organization, and contribute to operational excellence and the overall quality assurance.

o Conduct regular inspection visits to the allocated sites or facilities to ensure that the working standards and client expectations are met. The Executive Supervisor will meticulously check every area of the site, its cleanliness, cleaning checklists, the attendance of workers, their performance, the supplies, etc.

o During inspection visits, the Executive Supervisor will regularly fill corresponding checklists and forms, describing the performance of staff, their attendance, cleanliness of the sites, issues found, potential threats and risks, etc. and report back to the Operations Coordinator.

o Control and monitor the usage of cleaning supplies and tools ordered by the sites so as to avoid or minimize waste, theft and/or misuse.

o Inform and coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper on the training requirements of the cleaning staff.

o Coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper on establishing and updating work schedules for the cleaning workers of the allocated sites and make sure to minimize absenteeism.

o Remain ready to act dynamically to solve any emergencies that might arise on the allocated sites, in case the site supervisors couldn t handle the issue on their own.

o Hires, recommends promotions, transfers, and dismissals of blue-collar employees.

o Perform other related duties as assigned.
