Roles & Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Claims Engineer to join our team in Dubai. Automotive Protection operates around the world offering vehicle warranty and GAP solutions and a range of other automotive loyalty and retention products. Due to continuing growth, a new position is being created to assist our major corporate clients making claims under the various Automotive Protection schemes such as Vehicle Mechanical & Electrical Warranty; GAP; Tyre; Alloy Wheel; Scratch & Dent.

Your New Role:
Provide technical guidance and analysis for complex and high-value claims.
Assist in implementing and maintaining claims management strategies.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance guidelines and policies.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Manage a portfolio of complex or high-value claims.
Act as an escalation point for customer complaints.
Provide technical expertise and mentoring for team development.
Engage with the team to encourage partner relationships.
Support process improvement through negotiation and dispute resolution.
About you:
A good level of theoretical motor vehicle technical knowledge (gained in a mechanical role; vehicle aftersales role or motor warranty role) is required.
Experience of working in a mechanical repair environment is desirable, whether hands-on or as an administrator, adviser or manager.
You should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and possess great communication skills, whether by telephone, in writing or face to face.
Good spoken and written English is essential and conversational Arabic is desirable.
You should have good basic computer skills required including Word and Excel.
