Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in Road and pavements (asphalting works , painting works , road , markings , concrete & plastering)
  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure they align with construction methods and materials being used.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, including daily reports and progress updates.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project managers, clients, and site workers to ensure alignment on project goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction supervision, showcasing proven leadership and project management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a significant advantage for diverse teams.
  • Diploma / Degree or a related field is required
