Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, preventing project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, and field workers to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid theoretical foundation.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction supervision, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable, showcasing advanced organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
