Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily operations of construction sites and projects.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet project objectives and deadlines.

• Resolve construction-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders and teams.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Oversee procurement and distribution of materials and equipment onsite.
• Verify work order completeness and authorize work completion approvals.
• Establish and maintain safety protocols to protect onsite personnel.
• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team building and cooperation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and plans.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all tasks.
