RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that specified portion of the project are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Follow up with site foremen the running activities quality, safety, and progress

Ensure the productivity of the manpower

Study all civil drawings and comment if there is any technically mistakes according to the standard

Inspect all site activities and be sure that activities as per standard prior to raise the RFI for consultant

Raise the site requirements material, tools, and equipment to the site manager with the enough time according to the company policy

Hand over the activities to site consultant and get approval to the RFI

Coordinate with the third party for all site tests
