Roles & Responsibilities
Destino Design Interior Decorations (Fit-Out) is looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finishing activities and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities related to interior fit-out and finishing works.
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor material usage and manpower at site
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project timelines
Report progress and site issues to the Project Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in finishing works (UAE or home country experience acceptable) Experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory. Good communication and coordination. Salary: AED 2,200 per month
