• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
• Knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as required.
