Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction activities on site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications and safety standards. Coordinates between the design team, contractors, and site workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, resolving technical issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project timelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
