Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall execution of residential/commercial/industrial construction projects from initiation to completion in multiple locations
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing according to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of consultants, ensuring compliance with design intent, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve project schedules, construction methodologies, and material submittals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits to ensure quality and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are strictly enforced on site.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, milestones, and challenges.
Operations:
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of consultants, contractors, and sub-consultants across all disciplines on-site.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, schedules, budgets, variation registers, and post-project evaluations.
- Track and manage submissions and approvals of all technical documents of Civil ,structural and MEP from regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of the project’s Safety Management System (SMS); conduct regular site audits and ensure adherence to HSE best practices.
- Champion quality assurance and control processes to meet design intent, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to deliver coordinated design and construction outcomes.
- Participate in handover processes, ensuring timely delivery of as-built documentation, operation & maintenance manuals, and training for end-users.
