• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field required.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred, or ability to obtain licensure.
• At least five years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools highly desired.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
