Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Planning Engineer with 4–5 years of UAE experience to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for construction projects within the UAE.



Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field 4–5 years of proven UAE experience as a Planning Engineer Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 Experience in construction projects (buildings/infrastructure preferred) Good understanding of UAE construction practices and standards Strong analytical and reporting skills Immediate or short notice period preferred


Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports Analyze delays and propose mitigation or recovery plans Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants Track manpower, materials, and equipment against the project plan Support claims, variations, and EOT documentation when required Ensure planning activities comply with contract requirements
