Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective civil maintenance for guest villas, canopies, pathways, decks, and resort facilities
Maintain interlock roads, main access roads, and sand levels around guest rooms and common areas
Perform masonry works including brickwork, tiling, grouting, blocking, plastering, and minor concrete repairs
Repair and maintain retaining walls, steps, sidewalks, chimneys, and stone structures
Install, repair, and maintain tile floors and walls
Handle minor plumbing repair tasks as required
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and update maintenance systems
Support waste collection in assigned resort areas
Assist with resort events, dune functions, picnic setups, and material transportation
Operate assigned vehicles responsibly and conduct daily inspections
Support energy conservation initiatives
Attend safety and fire training and follow all safety procedures
Document completed work and spare parts usage
Act as part of the hotel emergency response team
Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors based on operational needs
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical, trade, or vocational certificate or relevant hands-on experience
Experience in civil maintenance, masonry, or building repairs, preferably in hotels or resorts
Ability to read basic drawings and follow maintenance instructions
Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety standards for civil works
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor desert conditions
Valid driving license
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
