• Monitor equipment and materials usage, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot construction issues effectively.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks when necessary.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.
