Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Interpret and execute plans and specifications.
  • Ensure safety regulations are followed on-site.
  • Manage materials and equipment on site.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Civil Foreman for 5+ years.
  • Approval from ADNOC as Civil Foreman is mandatory
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
