Civil Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, supervision, and execution of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing site operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the execution of civil works for various construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.).


Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.


Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure proper implementation of design and plans.


Supervise site engineers, foremen, and labor teams to ensure high-quality execution.


Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.


Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues or on-site challenges promptly.


Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.


Prepare and review project reports, BOQs, and cost estimates.


Participate in value engineering, tendering processes, and technical evaluations.


Maintain accurate project documentation and records.


Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (Master s is a plus).


10+ years of proven experience in civil engineering within a construction company.


Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.


Proficient in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.


Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
