Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Submission of execution plans for approval, technical clarification with the project owner's representative and follow-up of the approval of the plans.
  • Management of structural and finishing subcontractors, coordination with these subcontractors and monitoring of the design, supply of materials and progress of the works on site.
  • Receiving, storing and managing the distribution of construction materials on the site.
  • Preparation and submission of work programmes for approval.
  • Management and coordination of on-site civilian labor outsourcing.
  • Supervision of implementation in accordance with standards and specifications, and training of site personnel on methods of execution.
  • The organisation and monitoring of work acceptances by the project owner (MO) and the delegated project owner (MOD).
  • Have at least a Bac+5 in civil society.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the housing field.
  • Master Autocad, Etabs, Revit, Robbot software.
  • Excellent command of French and English.
