Civil Engineer/Architect - Client representative Valores Property Development LLC

As part of the engineering team, the Civil Engineer may also serve as a Client Representative, acting as the technical liaison between the developer/client and the site execution teams. This role ensures that the client’s interests are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities as Client Representative

*     Client Liaison

*     Represent the client’s technical and quality expectations during site execution.

*     Attend coordination meetings and communicate client feedback to contractors and consultants.

*     Quality & Compliance Oversight

*     Monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations.

*     Flag deviations and recommend corrective actions to safeguard client interests.

*     Progress Monitoring

*     Review work schedules, progress reports, and site updates to ensure timely delivery.

*     Escalate delays or risks to the client and propose mitigation strategies.

*     Documentation & Reporting

*     Maintain transparent records of inspections, approvals, and site correspondence.

*     Prepare periodic reports for client review, highlighting milestones, issues, and resolutions.

*     Stakeholder Coordination

*     Facilitate communication between client, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

*     Ensure that client approvals are obtained for key decisions and variations
