Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead and manage construction activities for building and/or villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction works from start to completion
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
  • Review drawings, method statements, and schedules
  • Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in building and villa construction projects
  • Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
