Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the seamless integration of civil engineering activities with other disciplines, ensuring a cohesive project execution.
  • Manage and monitor the civil works schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays to keep the project on track.
  • Review and approve civil engineering designs and drawings, guaranteeing adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify discrepancies, and ensure quality control for civil works.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and resolving any arising conflicts.
  • Prepare and present detailed progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions for civil engineering aspects.
  • Oversee the management of civil engineering budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the site team, addressing queries and resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental guidelines throughout the civil works phase.
  • Champion the adoption of innovative civil engineering practices and technologies to improve project efficiency and sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Holds Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction Company in U.A.E.

- Fluent in English
