Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Analyze and regulate urban supply and demand dynamics to improve Keeta s freelance s operation and management capabilities in the Middle East.
2.Decompose objectives and deploy freelance capacity to ensure the overall experience and delivery costs of freelance s targets are achieved.
3.Collaborate with back-office operations teams to advance the iterative upgrading of the freelance strategic capabilities; partner with 3PLs to empower freelance capacity recruitment.
4.Monitor daily operational data, promptly identify business issues, and drive problem-solving and strategy implementation. 1.Participate in building Keeta s core business from scratch, with abundant project resources and promising prospects.
2.High business complexity offers multiple growth opportunities and significant personal capability development.

Desired Candidate Profile

1.Bachelor s degree or above; 3+ years of work experience, with freelance operations experience, O2O or related industry operations experience preferred; a background in supply-demand strategy operations is a plus.
2.Strong data analysis skills, able to drive the discovery and resolution of business issues through data.
3.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of proactively collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance business improvements.
