Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft authentic Chinese dishes that reflect regional specialties and seasonal ingredients, showcasing your culinary creativity.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared and presented according to high standards of quality and taste.
- Develop and refine recipes, incorporating traditional techniques and innovative methods to enhance flavor profiles.
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers for fresh and authentic products.
Desired Candidate Profile
Culinary degree or relevant certification in Chinese cuisine
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Indian restaurant.
Proven expertise in various Indo Chinese cooking techniques, including stir-frying, steaming, and braising, to deliver authentic flavors.
