Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft authentic Chinese dishes, balancing traditional techniques with modern culinary trends to create unique and memorable dining experiences.
  • Develop and refine menus that showcase seasonal ingredients while honoring regional Chinese cuisines to entice diverse palates.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation standards and health regulations are strictly followed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies, focusing on sourcing high-quality ingredients that align with the restaurant's vision and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional food presentation and flavor.
  • Experiment with new recipes and techniques to keep the menu dynamic and appealing, while also responding to customer feedback and trends.
  • Ensure consistent quality in every dish by conducting regular tastings and adjusting recipes as needed to uphold culinary standards.
