Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company s technology vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers, engineers, and designers.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the application and platform.
  • Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment (CI/CD).
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions.
  • Research and adopt emerging technologies to drive product innovation.

Prepare technical documentation and contribute to investor presentations when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master s in Technology Management) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling applications and digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps, cybersecurity, and modern system architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs).
  • Experience in startups or SaaS companies is highly desirable.
