Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement company-wide revenue strategies across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies.

  • Oversee pricing, monetization models, and forecasting.

  • Sales Leadership

    • Lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

    • Drive high-performance culture with clear targets, accountability, and collaboration.

    • Expand into digital and international sales channels.

    Marketing & Customer Success

    • Partner with marketing leaders to strengthen brand awareness and pipeline generation.

    • Champion customer experience and lifecycle management to boost NRR, reduce churn, and maximize upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

    Partnerships & Business Development

    • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to create new revenue streams.

    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

    Revenue Operations & Data-Driven Growth

    • Optimize CRM, analytics, and automation systems.

    • Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, NRR, churn, pipeline growth, conversion metrics) and provide insights to the CEO.

    • Ensure alignment of revenue goals with long-term company strategy.

    Leadership & Team Development

    • Lead cross-functional teams with mentorship and collaboration.

    • Recruit, develop, and retain top revenue-generating talent.



    Requirements Qualifications
    • 15 25 years of proven success in sales, marketing, customer success, or revenue roles.

    • Prior experience as CRO, VP Sales, VP Revenue, or similar leadership role in a B2B SaaS company.

    • Expertise in scaling ARR in SaaS business models.

    • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) and GTM motions (PLG, sales-led, hybrid).

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Bachelor s degree in Business/Marketing/Finance (MBA preferred).
