Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously optimize cross-departmental operational workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the seamless delivery of Coop s services to members, partners, and stakeholders, maintaining high service standards.
• Design and implement scalable systems and processes that support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and key operational KPIs to drive accountability and results.
• Lead initiatives related to risk management, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance to safeguard business integrity.
• Align day-to-day operational activities with the company s strategic objectives and commercial priorities to ensure cohesive execution.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in operations or general management, with a strong track record in leading high-performance teams and optimizing business functions.
• Proven ability to manage operations in dynamic, service-driven settings; experience in F&B supply chains or service operations is a strong asset.
• Skilled in developing and executing operational strategies, improving processes, and implementing scalable systems for efficiency and growth.
• Proficient in KPI development, performance tracking, resource planning, and capacity management to drive operational excellence.
• Experienced in quality control, risk mitigation, interdepartmental coordination, and managing budgets to ensure cost-effective and compliant operations.
