QX Aviation LLC announces its desire to appoint a highly qualified Chief Operating Officer (COO) with extensive experience in aviation fuel services operations and airport operations management.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Full supervision of the company's daily operational processes at all work sites.

Developing and implementing operational plans that ensure the highest standards of safety and quality (QHSSE).

Managing operational teams, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring the achievement of performance indicators.

Improving operational efficiency and developing processes in line with the company's plans and strategy.

Coordination with regulatory bodies, airports and commercial partners.

Preparing periodic reports for the executive management on operational performance.

Ensuring full compliance with applicable procedures and laws in the aviation fuel sector.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation, Engineering or any related field (Master's degree preferred).

At least 7 years of experience in aviation operations, aviation fuel, or related operational fields.

High levels of leadership and decision-making skills.

Strong knowledge of QHSSE standards and safety procedures in fuel operation.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

The ability to work under pressure and manage multi-site teams.
