Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish the full operational foundation including teams, processes, systems, and governance
  • Design and lead operational strategy across marketplace, e‑commerce, and trading functions
  • Set up logistics, supply chain, and fulfilment operations to ensure a seamless customer and seller journey
  • Drive process optimization, automation, and scalability across all operational units
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to execute long‑term strategic plans

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 20+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in marketplace, e‑commerce, trading, or related sectors
  • Proven track record of building and managing an e‑commerce platform from scratch
  • Experience building teams, culture, and structure in early‑stage or scaling environments
  • Strong logistics and supply chain background with proven execution capability
  • Solid financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and risk oversight
  • Experience scaling digital or platform‑based businesses
