Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Contribute to establishing the company s operational structure and developing systems and procedures.
Managing daily operations and supervising departments (Technology Development Marketing Human Resources Finance).
Transforming senior management s vision and strategies into practical operational plans.
Follow up on project performance and ensure their delivery with quality and on time.
Developing mechanisms for monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
Submit periodic reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Systems / Communications Engineering or a suitable qualification
At least 10 years of practical experience in the field of information technology, marketing, e-commerce, and the same company activities.
Proven experience (not less than 5 years) in a management position in the same field.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, as a second language after fluency in Arabic.
Desired Candidate Profile
No smoking required.
No objection to travel to follow up on the company s business and offices in the Gulf countries later.
Having a valid driving license
High leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in establishing and building operational systems.
Planning and decision making skills.
Ability to manage multiple work teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
