Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company across all departments
  • Lead recruitment and hiring efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Supervise financial operations and budget development
  • Manage production oversight and quality control processes
  • Execute and monitor the company s strategic business plans
  • Ensure internal alignment and operational discipline throughout the organization
  • Support the CEO by handling internal affairs, while the CEO focuses on outward-facing responsibilities
  • Travel to company branches abroad to support and supervise international operations

Keep in mind that the role of a COO may vary from company to company according to each firm's needs.

Depending on the CEO's preference, the COO often handles a company's internal affairs, while the CEO functions as the public face of the company, and thereby handles all outward-facing communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in operations or executive leadership roles
  • Strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to make informed decisions and manage complex situations
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad when required
