Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the HR software/SaaS market.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams (SDRs, AEs, and support functions).
  • Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring a strong client success framework.
  • Manage operational processes that support SaaS scalability, including onboarding, support, and service delivery.
  • Define and track KPIs across both sales and operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with product and technology leadership to align market feedback with product development.
  • Introduce tools and workflows that enhance productivity, reporting, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across commercial and operational functions.

  • Proven track record in sales and operational leadership within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
  • Experience in the HR software, workforce solutions, or related B2B SaaS domain strongly preferred.
