Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained, native Arabic speaking, preferably a Saudi national,Chief Financial Officer for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a large healthcare group which owns and operates hospitals and clinics across Riyadh and KSA.We are looking for a trained Physician with a minimum of 20 to 25 years of experience in leading a group of hospitals with multiple medical assets within Saudi Arabia with a minimum of 5 years as a Chief Medical Officer in their current role.The CMO will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all relevant medical regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.Identifying and mitigating potential medical risks and implementing strategies to minimize adverse events.Delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective patient care across all facilities.Recruit, retain, and develop physicians and other advanced practice providers.Develop and implement clinical strategies and policies aligned with the organization's overall goals. Monitor key performance indicators, implementing evidence-based practices, and driving continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.Develop and manage the medical budget.Work closely with other hospital leaders, including the CEO and CFO, to achieve organizational objectives.Promote research, innovation, and the adoption of best practices.Build relationships with external stakeholders.Advise the Group Board and Executive on key service and medical leadership issues.Ensure patients are cared for in the most appropriate settings and support colleagues in driving improvements.Improve equity of access. Play a key role in the development of clinical strategy, engaging clinicians, and others to ensure that these strategies are owned across the group and are aligned with the set priorities.Ensure appropriate training and sound revalidation processes as is necessary to meet and exceed the safety and quality objectives. Work to develop systems of mutual aid that deliver a flexible workforce that can respond to changes in demand.Ensure there are effective clinical safety, professional standards, and workforce management policy frameworks in place for doctors.
Salary : Aed 90,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is an indicative figure.The final offers lies at the discretion of the client and is decided post completion of interviews).
