Chief Financial Officer CFO
Exp: Must have 8 years of similar role experience
Requirement:
- Develop and implement the financial strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation.
- Produce accurate, timely financial reports and statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, banks, and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and lead M&A or financing initiatives.
- Establish internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.
- Lead and mentor the finance team (accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, etc.).
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting standards (IFRS), and financial modeling.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and board-level reporting.
