Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee cash flow management, investments, and financial risk analysis.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Drive cost optimization, efficiency, and profitability initiatives.
  • Develop and implement robust financial systems, policies, and controls.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the finance team, ensuring talent development and succession planning.
  • Support strategic decision-making, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate expansion.
  • Represent the company in financial and investor meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in large corporate organizations.
  • Must have held senior executive finance roles such as CFO, Finance Director, or VP of Finance.
  • Industry experience in at least two of the following sectors: Healthcare, Retail, Oil & Gas.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale budgets and financial operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse finance teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
