Our client is seeking a highly experienced and qualified medical professional to lead and manage on-site medical services at West Qurna-2 in Iraq. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership, extensive clinical expertise, and proven experience in remote site healthcare management on large-scale international projects.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor diploma.
• Residency/specialty in Emergency Medicine or Intensive Care.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in remote site medical services on international projects.
• Minimum 10 years of work in specialty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior medical authority on site.
• Oversee all administrative and operational aspects of medical services in the WQ-2 area.
• Manage and supervise local and expatriate medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with the Companys Medical Emergency Response Procedure (MERP).
• Coordinate and authorize medical evacuations in cooperation with the Health Manager and ERT Leader.
• Manage procurement and replenishment of medications and consumables.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison with local hospitals and health authorities.
• Oversee occupational health programs, hygiene inspections, and medical testing as required.
• Participate in incident investigations and HSE compliance.
