Position Overview

Accor Dubai is hiring an experienced and service-driven Chief Concierge to lead the concierge team and ensure exceptional guest support from arrival to departure. This role is vital to maintaining high operational standards, managing bell and door services, and delivering seamless luxury experiences through expert knowledge and personalized assistance. You will be a key ambassador for the brand, setting the tone for memorable guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate all aspects of concierge operations, including bell desk and doormen
* Monitor guest arrivals/departures, ensuring transport, luggage, and special requests are managed efficiently
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, dining, events, and services to offer tailored guest recommendations
* Oversee outsourced services such as tours, transfers, and special bookings, ensuring quality and reliability
* Conduct daily team briefings, assign responsibilities, and uphold service checklists
* Ensure all lobby areas remain presentable, organized, and free from obstruction
* Control and safeguard all keys, systems, and property management tools
* Build strong rapport with guests, encourage loyalty program enrollment, and nurture long-term relationships
* Collaborate with the front office, housekeeping, and F&B departments for smooth guest operations
* Maintain daily logs, reports, and share operational highlights with the Front Office Manager
* Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support continuous team development
* Track and manage requisitions and stock levels for concierge materials
* Promote internal hotel services and ensure team members are well-versed in current events, promotions, and procedures
* Support budget monitoring and forecasting alongside front office leadership

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in a senior concierge or guest service role within a luxury hotel
* Strong leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills
* In-depth knowledge of Dubai's leisure, cultural, and business offerings
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages an advantage
* Familiarity with property management systems and front office software
* High level of grooming, professionalism, and guest orientation
* Ability to manage logistics, multi-task under pressure, and make informed decisions
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
