Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
  • Meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports
  • Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures
  • Conduct and report financial analysis of business performance to ensure company s financial stability and assist in driving business strategy
  • Lead business strategy to deliver on Financial KPIs, working capital, and full ownership of P&L
  • Responsible and lead contribute end-to-end timely and accurate financial reporting process from record compilation, month end close reconciliation, result analytics, internal and external reporting
  • Ensure all financial transactions are systemically and regularly recorded, accounted for and reconciled vs. budgets
  • Conduct research and identify analysis and recommendation / solutions to business problems
  • Improve systems, work procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, auditors as well as guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues
  • Other ad-hoc/assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting
  • Excellent in English Communication in both written and verbal
  • Effective Communication
  • At least 7 years of experience in Auditing/Accounting
