1. Performs the monthly financial closing, generates P&L and cash flow reports as requested by the CFO.

2. Ensures that periodic bank reconciliations are completed.

3. Maintains the chart of accounts.

4. Maintains an orderly accounting filing system.

5. Ensures that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that relevant records are properly maintained.

6. Manages the filing system for all accounting and payroll documentation.

7. Revises and maintains records of expenditures

8. Sends out payments for company credits.

9. Responds to vendor invoices.

10. Makes sure that all payments are made in accordance with the established policies.

11. Confirms that all payments are sent on time.

12. Resolves payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.

13. Prepares and mails invoices to the concerned parties, excluding the catering invoices.

14. Posts payments to accounts.

15. Organizes and files deposit receipts as invoices are paid.

16. Prepares reports on delinquent accounts and the concerned party payment profiles.

17. Reconciles cash receipts and deposits.

18. Coordinates with the CFO for accuracy in the financial records.
