Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and experiments in the laboratory.
  • Prepare, test, and analyze samples using a variety of chemical techniques and instrumentation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, laboratory standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Interpret data and prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of chemical processes and formulations.
  • Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or chemical analysis environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
  • Familiarity with standard laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory instruments and software.
  • Willingness to learn new methods and adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
