Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and Monitoring of Chemical Batches
• Prepare batches according to approved formulations (Batch Formulation Sheets).
• Ensure accurate usage of raw materials in correct quantities.
• Monitor temperature, mixing speed, and duration to achieve required homogeneity.
• Quality Control of Production
• Verify that batches meet technical specifications (viscosity, density, color, pH).
• Coordinate with the Quality Department for sample testing.
• Adjust formulations when needed to improve quality or reduce costs without affecting specifications.
• Supervision of Operations
• Oversee the operation of mixing equipment (Mixers, Reactors, Agitators).
• Supervise workers and technicians in the mixing section.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.
• Raw Material and Inventory Management
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure availability of required raw materials.
• Monitor material usage, waste, and spoilage.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on consumption and production.
• Process Improvement and Development
• Participate in improving chemical formulations for better efficiency and cost reduction.
• Develop mixing processes to increase productivity and reduce production time.
• Introduce new technologies or materials into mixing operations.
• Documentation of Processes and Production
• Record all steps of the mixing process and daily production logs.
• Maintain accurate records of raw materials used and quantities produced.
• Prepare reports for management on operational efficiency and quality.
• Cross-Department Coordination
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance departments to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate work schedules with supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

• Accommodation: Shared room for two employees or a private room within staff housing, subject to availability.
• Transportation: Provided between staff accommodation and the factory.
• Working Hours: 10 hours daily, from Saturday to Thursday.
