As a Chemical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in addressing critical societal needs by inventing innovative processes, creating and improving upon solutions, and ensuring sustainability in chemical engineering processes. You will work to design, develop, and optimize processes for large-scale chemical manufacturing, and apply principles of chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics to solve problems. You will be responsible for developing safety procedures for those working with potentially dangerous chemicals and for determining the most efficient ways of production while maintaining product quality, cost-effectiveness, and environmental responsibility. You should be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a drive toward continued innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of chemical process systems and equipment operation.
• Ability to conduct robust research and develop innovative engineering solutions.
• Proven experience with environmental and safety regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities necessary.
• Proficiency in simulation and modeling software commonly used in chemical engineering.
