  • Supervise and coordinate all chemical cleaning activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution in accordance with project plans.

  • Manage and guide work crews during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance operations.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor cleaning jobs, ensuring resource and manpower allocation.

  • Review method statements, risk assessments, and work permits before execution.

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth operations.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to cleaning processes and equipment.

  • Prepare and maintain records, daily reports, and documentation for quality assurance.

  • Provide training and mentoring to junior staff to ensure competency and skill development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Our global Client is seeking experienced Chemical Cleaning Supervisors with a strong background in Pre-Commissioning, Preservation, and Shutdown (PPS) services to oversee and coordinate chemical cleaning operations in major oil and gas facilities in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in supervising site teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects to international standards.
